Stefon Diggs and his ex-girlfriend Aileen Lopera have reached a resolution in their legal dispute. Lopera has officially dropped her paternity and child support lawsuit against the New England Patriots star.
The move comes after a paternity test confirmed Diggs is the father of their daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs Lopera, who was born in April 2025.
“The matter has been resolved,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, said in a statement. She previously shared that once paternity was established, her client hoped they could “work toward being great parents to their child.”
Lopera initially filed suit in December 2024 while pregnant, requesting full legal and physical custody as well as financial support for pregnancy-related expenses and legal fees.
Diggs responded months later by asking the court to order a genetic test, saying he was not certain of paternity at the time. He also sought joint custody if confirmed as the father.
Diggs, who is currently dating Cardi B, welcomed a baby boy with the rapper in November 2025. Cardi B recently defended their relationship and is sticking beside him.
