WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Suge Knight is calling Ray J out for repeatedly claiming that he owns the rights to the former Death Row Records boss’ life rights. “When it comes to Ray J and [you’re] saying you got my life rights, let me tell you something lil boy, now [you’re] playing with my kids and my family, so we gonna play with yours,” he said on The Art of Dialogue. Suge claimed that Ray J’s claims are costing him money and threatened to sue the “One Wish” singer, even threatening to go after the cash Ray J’s mother allegedly hides for him.
In a past interview, Ray J also claimed that he was unaware of Death Row artist Danny Boy’s sexuality. Danny Boy was signed to the label as an early teen for a five-year record deal. The singer eventually came out in 2016 after a man he was dating committed suicide. “Danny Boy is not my son but I always loved him like a son,” said Suge. “Ray J, you knew Danny Boy was gay when Danny Boy was slipping and sliding. What I love about Danny Boy is he owned it and I’m proud of him for that. That’s who he was, that’s who he is.”
