Rangers returned to Scottish Premiership action with a game against Dundee United on Wednesday, and Nigerian striker Dessers kept his place as the focal point of the attack.

The Gers were the favorites to win the game due to the gulf in quality on paper. Moreover, they won they had won four of the previous five meetings.

However, the Glasgow giants fell behind in the 20th minute after Samuel Cleall-Harding scored for Dundee United. But just five minutes later, Rangers struck, and it was through Dessers.

The Super Eagles star showed how deadly he can be on his day, latching onto a cross from Jefte and sending a wicked header into the top-right corner to make it 1-1.
