In celebration of her 46th birthday today, January 8th, Nollywood actress Sola Kosoko has received her father’s blessings from her famous father, Jide Kosoko.
On her Instagram page, Sola shared a video of herself on her knees as her veteran father poured out prayers over her.
In her caption, she expressed gratitude to him for always being there for her and her siblings.

Last year, while celebrating her 45th birthday, Jide congratulated her, stating that only God knows how He created her the way she was. He stated that her consistency and focus remain his source of happiness. Jide added that his daughter is a true example of slow and steady wins the race. Calling her his golden daughter, he rained prayers on her.
For her 44th birthday, Jide had penned a sweet tribute to her, describing her as his mother as he noted how she is his birth month mate and twin.
In a different news, Sola had given fans a glimpse into her married life. The movie star, in an interview, revealed how she met her husband and how religion almost became a hindrance in their marriage. She went on to share her two cents on her stance about divorce, as she advocated for it.
Shola Kosoko, has been married for over 10 years to Abiodun Abinna and has three children – two girls and a boy.
