Tamar Braxton has finally responded to the rumors circulating online that she has been hooking up with Love & Hip Hop’s Mendeecees Harris by dropping the trailer to her upcoming album and movie, Heartbreak Retrograde.”
In the clip, Tamar is seen having several heavy conversations about the state of her love life with her mother, her ex-husband Vincent Herbert, and other close friends.
She is also seen canoodling and getting cozy with Yandy Smith’s husband, Mendeecees, who appears to be starring as her love interest.

The project will be Tamar’s first album since her 2017 project, Bluebird of Happiness, her fourth studio album. The singer has had very few public relationships since her split from Herbert. Her most recent being attorney Jeremy “JR” Robinson, who she accused of cheating on her last summer.
“We cool. No, we don’t go together; that is very clear, you know, but we have an understanding of our friendship,” wrote on a post shared to social media adding that hotel staff told her that the room reservation was listed under “Mr. Jeremy Robinson and his guest Ms. Jay.”
She added, “Now I don’t know what y’all want me to do with that. ‘Cause when I had asked him about it, you get nasty with me and tell me, go take your meds.”
