In a new court filing, blogger Tasha K is accusing Cardi B of trying to sabotage her career.
Cardi was awarded almost $4 million in a court judgment back in 2022 after she sued the blogger for defamation. Tasha K has said many times that she will not be paying Cardi her money but now says Cardi has been trying to ruin her.
Tasha K says Cardi wants her to agree to a non-disparagement clause.

“She seeks to sabotage Debtor’s Career through unreasonable restrictions on her First Amendment rights,” the court filing reads. “Having failed to bully Debtor into accepting an overarching non-disparagement clause, Claimant filed the Motion to Dismiss to harm Debtor’s Career and end Debtor’s bankruptcy case.”
Tasha is trying to file for bankruptcy to avoid having to pay the judgment but Cardi is not having it and wants the case tossed, alleging the blogger is hiding her money.
Tasha reportedly spends her cash on luxuries and her rent is reportedly $7,000 a month.
