While browsing the Google Play Store I stumbled upon a rather interesting app. Taskeet is essentially an organization app, it can help you keep up with your day-to-day tasks, chores, or whatever else.

There are a ton of such apps in the Google Play Store, but some managed to shine thanks to either their design or features. This app has all the features you’d want in an app that revolves around reminders, but the design is the point where it truly shines.
If you like clean, minimalistic designs, this app is for you. When you fire it up, it will kick off a quick setup. There are a bunch of themes that you can choose from, both light and dark themes.
The layout looks great. Everything is well-spaced, and the developer also includes some color-coding for different tasks, if that’s what you prefer. You can set descriptions for your tasks, have recurring reminders, and so on.
It has a great calendar view, and a handful of widgets
Another great addition is a nice-looking monthly calendar. That way you can see what days you have what tasks at a glance. You can simply color code specific types of tasks, and small dots with that color will appear in the calendar view.
I’ve been using this for a while now, and it worked great thus far. I did notice that a bunch of people had issues with it following a recent update, but I hope that the developer managed to sort all that out.
You can also choose between two styles of UI in Taskeet, including a compact mode, which I ended up preferring. Full-screen notifications are also available, and the same goes for widgets, if you need them. There are a handful to choose from.
