Tekashi 6ix9ine has been ordered into home detention for striking a man who taunted him for snitching on his former gang members.

On Thursday, 6ix9ine, whose Real name is Daniel Hernandez, admitted to violating his probation after he hit a man on August 8 at a Florida gym.

According to court documents, he must be fitted with an ankle monitor within 24 hours of his release from custody.

The new restriction comes on top of conditions already imposed from his prior legal troubles.

The order stems from an incident in August at the Palm Beach County Mall, where prosecutors allege 6ix9ine and another man knocked someone to the ground before kicking and punching him. The fight reportedly ended when the pair realized the victim was armed, prompting them to flee the scene.

“Me and another individual hit a person, and I was wrong,” he told Judge Paul A. Engelmayer of Federal District Court in Manhattan.

Judge Engelmayer reportedly told the rapper that he was concerned about his “serial pattern of violating supervised release” and that he would take it into account, and warned him that if he appears before him again, he will do time in prison.
