Kemi Filani reported a day back that the beloved actress and filmmaker had turned a new age. The movie star revealed the free things which changed in her life – the ability to learn, the ability to pray and the ability to persevere. She expressed gratitude to him for the crown He bestowed on her. To celebrate her new age, Ruth threw a slumber party which had in attendance Omotola Ekeinde, IK Ogbonna, Nosa Rex, Uche Jombo, Padita Agu, BBNaija Dorathy Bachor, Etim Effiong and wife and more. Sharing clips from the party, Ruth bragged that the grass is greener when she is. Ruty Kadiri is undoubtedly leaving her footprint in Nollywood, especially in the area of filmmaking. In February, Nigerians praised Ruth for introducing new artists in her movies after an X user, Chude Nnamdi, called the attention of Nigerians to the fact that Ruth Kadiri is not getting enough credits for bringing the young actor to the spotlight via her streaming platform on YouTube. Months back, Kadiri vowed to change the Nigerian cinema pattern with her movies. She claimed she doesn’t rely on anyone to help her because she is on a mission to change the pattern in Nigerian cinema. She vowed that many would watch her movie without being forced or compelled to do so but because it would be worth the watch and their trust in her. In 2023, Ruth had sent a message to film critics, telling them she wasn’t bothered by their analysis. She noted how she had gotten lots of criticisms from people complaining about how predictable her movies were, as she compared them to Hollywood, noting how Hollywood and other foreign movies are also predictable, yet people still watch them. this year, Ruth sent a message to Nollywood actors. She told them to take the pressure off their shoulders, as she stated that any producer who requires one million views from them in one day has failed. She admonished her colleagues not to allow producers’ ignorance to rub off their joy.
