Samuel Chukwueze could be the next Super Eagles player who joins the Turkish Super Lig after Victor Osimhen completed his transfer to Galatasaray some days ago
Samuel Chukwueze is a transfer target for Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas, and they have opened talks with the Super Eagles star’s agent, Soccernet.ng reports.
Since the turn of the year, there have been a lot of speculations about Chukwueze’s future. The 26-year-old Nigerian attacker joined AC Milan from Villarreal two years ago, but he has failed to cut it.
Coming into this summer transfer, it was expected that Chukwueze would leave Milan due to his reduced minutes last season.
Also, there were reports that new Rossoneri coach Massimiliano Allegri, who took over at the end of last season, does not see Chukwueze as an important player for his team.
Earlier in the week, Soccernet.ng reported that Fulham, who have been linked with Chukwueze in recent months, have opened talks with AC Milan over a move.

Now, according to Milan Posts, Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas, are also interested. The Nigerian’s agent has traveled to Turkey to negotiate with the former Super Lig champions if they can reach a compromise over a transfer.
Will Samuel Chukwueze join Victor Osimhen in the Super Lig?
Osimhen completed a historic transfer to Super Lig champions Turkey on Thursday. If Besiktas are willing to meet Samuel Chukwueze and AC Milan’s demands, a deal could happen which would increase the number of Super Eagles stars in the Turkish top-flight.

Chukwueze is valued at €10 million on Transfermarkt. And although it is a big investment for them, it is something Besiktas can afford.
Moreover, they actually need a quality player like Chukwueze to be able to challenge for the Super Lig title.
However, the Super Eagles star also has admirers from the English Premier League, and the allure could be tempting.
Chukwueze’s future will be decided soon, as the regular league season in most top European countries will begin over the next two weeks.
