Nigerian comedian I Go Save has decried the alarming rate of begging in public spaces in Nigeria.

In an Instagram story, he noted that Nigerians are now fond of begging at airports, nightclubs, restrooms, restaurants, parks, and more. He noted that the country is hard; however, he believes people should calm down with the rate of begging.

I Go Save noted that everyone is facing challenges in the country and admonished everyone to help each other.

“The rate of begging in this country’s public space is alarming;

Airports, Nightclubs, restrooms, restaurants, parks, et al. is alarming.

I know say country hard but make una clam down o! Na same country we dey abeg but help who you can sha”.

The comedian had made similar observation last year during the festive season. I Go Save had cried out over the level of hunger in the country. He stated that the hunger in this country was so loud that one doesn’t need earphones to hear the sound. I Go Save revealed that the number of people asking him for help during the Christmas season was a record-breaker. Sending a message to Nigerians, he told them to lend a helping hand to whoever they can.

In a different news, the popular comedian had reacted to the ban on porn sites, noting how it would affect many Nigerians. He questioned if celebrities should help in staging protests over it as he noted how they are true Nigerians.

Back in January, I Go Save made an observation about marriages of today. He noted how some marriages aren’t about love but about who can give them their dream wedding, fame, and connections, and when they get this, they file for divorce. He admonished the singles to search their hearts before saying I Do.

While many Nigerians were celebrating Halloween last year, I Go Save slammed them, pointing out the hypocrisy at which they celebrate Halloween yet look down on idol worshippers.
