Amazon has a pretty incredible deal right now for the Sonos Ace headphones, which were announced back in May of this year. This is the first pair of headphones from Sonos, and they launched with rave reviews. Not that we’d expect anything less from Sonos. However, the price was not as impressive, as these are normally priced at $449, but right now Amazon has dropped $50 off of the regular price, making them $399.
That doesn’t sound like a lot, and honestly, it’s barely more than 10% off. However, Sonos products rarely ever go on sale. So to even get 11% off the regular price is a good deal on any Sonos product.
Sonos Ace is a pair of active noise cancelling headphones, meant to rival the Bose QuietComfort Ultra, or the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones. And they do it quite well. Along with Spatial Audio, which can really change how you experience your music, it also has Sonos’ sound signature, so if you enjoy their soundbars, you will enjoy the sound coming out of this pair of headphones.
Of course, with over ear headphones like the Sonos Ace, you expect to see great battery life too. Sonos has delivered on that front too, offering up to 30 hours of battery life here. For a lot of people, that’s going to last a week, if not weeks (plural). As most are not going to wear these for more than 3-4 hours a day, and even that is being generous.
Sonos does sell these in both white and black, similar to all of their other products. But be warned, many reviews have stated that the white Sonos Ace do stain and get dirty pretty quickly, so keep that in mind.
