The stigma is reputation she set for him will never be erased Do2dtun reacts to Tonto Dikeh apology

Nigerian media personality Do2dtun gas reacted to actress Tonto Dikeh’s open apology to her ex, Olakunle Churchill.

Kemi Filani reported hours ago that Dikeh revealed that after ten years of public battles, deep wounds, broken communication, bitterness, and pain, God stepped in between her and Churchill. Dikeh expressed gratitude to Churchill for yielding to God’s word and choosing peace, and prayed that their restored relationship remain built on the solid rock of God’s mercy.

In a now-deleted Twitter post, he said Tonto isn’t the victim despite her forgiving him. He opined that Churchill should forgive the actress.

Do2tun said he wished Dikeh’s note had been more detailed, addressing the labels and tags, because the stigma and reputation she set for him will never be erased.

“In my opinion, Tonto is not the victim here. Yes, she forgave, but I think if anyone needs to forgive anyone here, it’s Churchill. She might have been in the marriage, but I wished her forgiveness note was fully detailed; addressing the labels & tags cos you see that stigma & reputation she set for that man will never ever be erased”.

In another post, he expressed pride in her, noting that Tonto’s apology was hard to do.

“Tonto’s latest post about Churchill is the hardest thing to do. My respect for her just rose. Forgiveness is a hard road to ply. I hope we all get there. Ah! This one shock me”.

Refreshing your memory, Tonto got married to Churchill in 2015, but like most marriages, it ended after two years.

Tonto cited domestic violence and irreconcilable differences, which, Churchill publicly denied.

Recall that in 2020, Churchill had sought redress at the High Court in Abuja against Tonto, seeking no less than N500 million in damages over her infamous May 2019 interview. In the video, the actress made some provocative and indicting claims against him, alleging that Churchill was into cyber fraud popularly.

A year later, he issued her a cease-and-desist letter for defaming his character and that of his wife. The letter noted how Tonto had published falsehoods against Churchill and his wife, claimed that she had sponsored their wedding, labelled Rosy a husband snatcher, and accused him of being a deadbeat father.

Tonto responded to the accusations by alleging that the accuser was mentally unstable and that the lawsuit had no basis.
