Nollywood actress Biola Bayo is celebrating a new dawn on her birthday today, December 23rd, 2025.
Sharing photos of herself, the movie star, who announced her separation from her husband, noted how it’s been a long year, but in all God has been so good to her.
She stated that it is a new dawn and the storm is over.

Kemi Filani reported in June, Biola announced that she and her husband have been separated since April last year and have decided to co-parent their son maturely and peacefully.
Addressing those who might feel disappointed, she sincerely apologised and expressed her wish that her marriage worked, but it’s best to stay alive to tell the story. Urging her fans to keep them in their prayers, she pointed out the irony at which she goes about making other people happy, but her pillow had been drenched with her own tears almost every night for the past 14 months.
In a re-edited post, Biola made it known that her ex never laid a finger on her. She stated that they never had physical abuse of violent issue. The podcaster admonished netizens to learn to be kind to people as they have no idea what others are going through.
Following the announcement, many had mocked her and dragged her over it, and Biola had addressed them reminding her trolls that she is human. She noted that she posted her marriage because she doesn’t want people to control her narrative. Unfortunately, people were using it against her.
Amid her estrangement from husband, Biola had sweetly celebrated him on Father’s Day. She rained prayers on him as she vowed to celebrate him now and always.
