Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen seems to have made a big impression on Turkish Super Lig clubs after his performances for Galatasaray, as some of the clubs have been linked with different Nigerian players this summer, Soccernet.ng reports.

Osimhen’s loan move to Galatasaray was one of the biggest shockers of last summer transfer window, as he was expected to join a club in one of the top five league in Europe.

But eventually had to move to Turkey after he failed to secure a deal and Napoli yanked him off their plans for the season.

At Galatasaray, Osimhen was superb, contributing 31 goals and six assists in 34 games to help them win the Turkish Cup and the Super Lig.

Now, Turkish clubs are being linked to more strikers. Paul Onuachu has been heavily linked with a move to Besiktas, and there have been talks about Henry Onyekuru returning to Turkey.

The Genk star is coming off a very big season in Belgium that saw him register 23 goals and seven assists in 45 appearances.

Arokodare brilliance has even seen top clubs like Stuttgart and Bayern Munich linked to him, albeit nothing concrete has emerged yet.

The 24-year-old is one of the most expensive striker in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, with Transfermarkt valuing him at €13 million. But Genk would demand far more than that before letting him leave.

The big, strong hitman is great in the air and very good with his feet. So, he would be a great asset for any club. But it remains to be seen if Besiktas will make a move and get him this summer.

Arokodare has four caps for the Super Eagles, with one goal to his name.
