The newly formed coalition party, the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has revealed that its membership cards are being updated to align with recent changes in the party’s leadership structure.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Interim Spokesperson Mr Bolaji Abdullahi advised supporters and intending members to hold off on requesting cards until the updated versions are ready, in order to prevent duplication.
“Good morning, fellow compatriots. This is to inform all party supporters and prospective members of our great party, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) that the party is aware of the heavy demands for party membership cards,” the statement read.
“However, we would like to urge everyone to wait for the release of new membership card that is currently being updated to reflect the recent changes in the leadership of the party. This will help in avoiding duplications.”
Abdullahi called for patience and assured members that the update would ultimately serve the party’s best interests.
