“There is nothing better than leaving your customers satisfied” – Tonto Dikeh sends message to business owners

There is nothing better than leaving your customers satisfied Tonto Dikeh writes to business owners

Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has sent a message to business owners.

Taking to her Instagram page on Sunday, the ex-wife of Olakunle Churchill, told them that there is nothing better than leaving their customers satisfied.

She said that putting their customers through a horrible experience with a transaction will only leave them out of business and looking for more customers. She said their behaviour is like when one is praying for Grace, and also been the weapon fashioned against Grace.

“Dear Business owners,
There is nothing better than leaving your customers satisfied.

I just can’t wait to finish this transaction; such a horrible experience (if your customers leave with this mentally).
It’s just a matter of time before you look for more customers.
And it’s worse when the experience is on the first buy.

It’s like praying for Grace and also being the weapon fashioned against Grace”.

In July, Dikeh had offered advice on the need to tone down one’s fasting and prayers, on something they need knowledge to solve. She also admonished people never to joke with their source of income, and to take their hustle seriously every single day.

The controversial actress had earlier this year made an appeal to Yoruba people, admonishing them to always use English when fighting on social media. Explaining why, she said it would be easier for Internet judges to know who won the fight. She also admonished Ghanaians to do the same, as she had told them to fight against English.

Last year, December, Tonto had alerted Nigerians about the scam method, admonishing them to beware when someone approaches them in public, accusing them of making a fake transfer. The single mother of one admonished the public to stay vigilant and stay safe because outside was wild.

In other news, Dikeh shared a deep message about the importance of one’s actions. The mother of one wrote about understanding one’s identity in an environment amidst different people. She added that things done in secrecy have a way of lingering and shaping one’s thoughts, choices, and future.
