It is raining congratulatory messages for Nollywood actress Mide Martins as she bags a new title from International Islamic organization.
The wife of Afeez Owo revealed that she is now ‘Imole Adinni’ and has been awarded by the Sheikh Tagana International Islamic Organisation.
Expressing gratitude to her Maker, Mide said that this award marks a significant step forward in her Islamic journey, and she is grateful for her progress so far.

Mide has no doubt come a long way in her Nollywood career. The mother of two has become a household name in Yoruba Nollywood.
In December, Mide won the Best Actress award at Odunlade Adekola Film Production. While receiving the award, Martins admitted that the journey hadn’t been easy as she appreciated God for the strength and ability to do what she does. She also appreciated her husband for being there for her since she lost her mother as she stated that she is nothing without him.
In 2023, Mide couldn’t keep calm after winning the ‘Face of Nollywood’. Expressing gratitude to her millions of fans and supporters, Mide dedicated the award to everyone who believes in her.
Apart from winning awards, Mide has gained lots of fans and love from the public. The talented screen goddess was left overwhelmed with love after she stormed a white garment church. Martins expressed how blessed she was, as she appreciated her Maker for His grace which she stated was more than sufficient. Mide described her experience in the church as real love.
The beloved actress was also on cloud nine over the love she received at her daughter’s graduation ceremony. In a video captured online, Mide was serenaded by her daughter’s schoolmates, which left her beaming with joy.
In 2022, Mide had recounted a near-death experience she had while on the set of a movie production. She recounted the pains she had to endure to give her fans the best, as she revealed how she almost lost her brain while on set.
