‘This Is Devastating’ – Actress Dies In California Wildfires

Hollywood actress, Dalyce Curry, has died in the ongoing California wildfires.

Naijaonpoint reports that Dalyce Curry, known for her roles in Blues Brothers and Lady Sings the Blues, tragically died at 95.

The deceased’s body was found at her Los Angeles home, burnt days after the wildfires razed her Altadena property.

According to TMZ, the authorities on Sunday announced that “her remains were indeed found at the property. #RIPMOMMADEE.”

Confirming the news of Dalyce Curry’s demise, her granddaughter, Dalyce Kelley, said in a Facebook post, “We had a great run. She impacted my life in so many ways. This loss is devastating.

In other news, popular Nollywood producer cum marketer, Chijioke Ike, is dead.

Naijaonpoint reports that Ike’s demise was announced by his colleague, Ajemba Stanley Chibueze, better known as Stanley Ontop.

In ... via his Instagram page on Wednesday, Stanley Ontop said the filmmaker died at his home in the eastern part of Nigeria.

According to Stanley, the marketer slumped and died during a family gathering, noting that the untimely demise came as a rude shock to him, and it was so painful to hear.
