The Swiss music executive was recently spotted out shopping for luxury furniture with a new European girlfriend in Milan. The pair looked very cozy, and speculation is the woman is living with Erwin full-time inside the massive $60M Swiss compound that he once shared with Tina.
And yes… that’s the same estate where Tina spent her final years.
Erwin Inherits the Fortune… and Moves On Quickly
When Tina passed away in 2023, Erwin inherited the majority of her estimated $250 million fortune, along with control of her music catalog (to the extent that it hadn’t already been sold before her death). Tina reportedly made it clear in her will that Erwin — her partner of nearly four decades — would receive the lion’s share of her estate.
Given that Tina had no surviving biological children — her sons Craig and Ronnie tragically passed in 2018 and 2022 — Erwin became the primary heir. Other family members, including grandchildren, are said to have received smaller portions.
