WATCH THE VIDEO HERE PRESIDENT Bola Tinubu has landed in Accra, Ghana, to participate in the inauguration of President-elect John Mahama on January 7, 2025. Upon his arrival at Kotoka International Airport, he was greeted by Julius Debra, the Chief of Staff to the Ghanaian President. John Mahama, who previously served as the 12th President of Ghana from 2011 to 2017, was reelected in December 2024 and will take over from President Nana Akufo-Addo, who served from 2017 to 2025. As the Chairman of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, Tinubu will join fellow African leaders at the inauguration ceremony.
