WATCH THE VIDEO HERE PRESIDENT Bola Tinubu has arrived in Paris, France, for a three-day state visit at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron. Tinubu landed at Orly Airport today at 5:10 PM local time. The visit aims to strengthen political, economic, and cultural ties between Nigeria and France, with a focus on collaborations in agriculture, security, education, health, youth engagement, innovation, and energy transition. According to Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu and his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, will be hosted tomorrow by President Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron at Les Invalides and the Élysée Palace. The itinerary includes formal ceremonies and bilateral meetings. Discussions will center on enhancing youth-oriented exchange programs in automation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. The statement also highlighted that the two leaders will engage in political and diplomatic talks on shared interests, including finance, solid minerals, trade and investment, and communication. Additionally, they will attend a session of the France-Nigeria Business Council, which promotes private sector involvement in economic development.
