WATCH THE VIDEO HERE PRESIDENT Bola Tinubu has expressed condolences to Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, the former governor of Borno State, on the death of his mother, Hajiya Aisa. Hajia Aisha, 93, died yesterday in Abuja following a lengthy illness. She will be buried today, in the late Galadima Modu Sheriff’s family home on Damboa Road in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital. According to a statement issued today by his Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), Chief Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu also urged the Modu Sheriff family to take consolation in knowing that the dead lived an excellent life filled with strong qualities. The President prayed that Allah bless the departed Aljannah Firdausi and comfort her family.
