This was revealed today by Ibrahim Masari, the Senior Special Assistant on Political and Other Matters. While in France, President Tinubu is expected to attend an ‘important engagement.’ The President initially departed Nigeria on October 2nd for a two-week vacation in the UK. According to a statement from his spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s vacation is part of his yearly leave. Before his departure, President Tinubu had delivered a speech on Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day, announcing plans for a 30-day conference focused on youth involvement in his administration.
