Praising him as a disciplined and informed voice in Nigerian journalism, the President highlighted Adeniyi’s role as a columnist whose writings have shaped public discourse across the nation.
Recognised for his tenure as spokesman to the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua and his leadership on the editorial board of ThisDay newspapers, he lauded Adeniyi for maintaining the highest journalistic standards. The President also commended his prolific authorship of best-selling books, describing him as a brilliant chronicler of Nigeria’s history and a valued member of the fourth estate.
President Tinubu expressed gratitude for Adeniyi’s contributions to scholarship and wished him many more years of good health as he celebrates his diamond jubilee.
