Travis Scott is being sued again, this time by a man who says a scuffle with the rapper’s security team has left him permanently injured.

The plaintiff, Omar Majdi Muhanna, says he was assaulted on August 17, 2024, by a security guard working for We All We Got Personal Security.

Scott hired the security firm for his performance at the Fanatics Fest NYC 2024. The alleged assault took place at a separate venue when Muhanna claimed he was attacked  “without cause, provocation, or justification” and that he was left with permanent injuries.

He is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery,

Scott’s attorneys dismissed the lawsuit, saying that the rapper was not even present during the alleged incident. Speaking to TMZ, they called the lawsuit “bogus” and “frivolous.”

The rapper’s spokesperson added that he did not do “anything wrong here other than hiring a security company.”

Earlier this month, the rapper went viral after he was aggressively pulled by a security guard courtside at a game between the Lakers and the Clippers. The guard did not recognize Scott and noticed he did not have a credential granting him access.
