Tylil James has publicly responded to sexual assault allegations made by Jourdin Pauline, firmly denying her claims and announcing legal action. In a lengthy livestream, James explained his decision to remain silent.
“My silence does not mean I’m guilty. My silence was intentional.” He confirmed that his legal team has sent Pauline a cease and desist and is pursuing a defamation lawsuit.
He continued, “Sexual assault is no joke,” while maintaining that Pauline’s account of events following the Stream Awards afterparty was false.
According to James, Pauline left the party and later returned because she misplaced her phone, not because it was taken from her. He said she voluntarily joined him in an Uber and chose to come to his hotel, adding, “Everything that happened after that was consent between two adults. She was not coerced. She was not forced or pressured.”
James also addressed past allegations Pauline has made against him, including claims that he recorded a sex tape and attempted to blackmail her. He denied both, saying, “I have never recorded no sex tape of Jordan. That was also false.” Instead, James alleged Pauline attempted to extort him, pointing to a Zelle request for money and messages he says contradict her public narrative.
He argued that her behavior after leaving the hotel, including requesting a specific Uber and later texting his friend, raised serious questions. “False allegations ruin lives,” James said, adding that such claims harm real victims. Tylil says he will be resolving the matter in court.
