The highly sought-after striker is currently on loan in the Turkish Super Lig after falling out with the powers that be at Napoli and his incredible form for Galatasaray so far has only seen his stocks continue to rise. Despite enjoying life in the Turkish capital, Osimhen will almost certainly switch to a top team in one of Europe’s top five leagues when he secures a permanent move away from Napoli later in the summer. The Nigeria international’s bid to return to the upper echelons of European football will be further boosted by his numerous suitors. United, Chelsea and PSG are all at alert with the prolific center forward set to be available for £60 million plus in the summer. Quizzed about whether he had played his last intercontinental derby in Turkey or planning to return to RAMS Park on a permanent transfer, Osimhen told reporters as quoted by Sports Mole; “I don’t know, to be honest. “A few months ago, nobody ever thought I would come to Galatasaray, despite how big of a club they are. “I live in the moment. For what’s going to happen in the summer, I don’t know, but I want everyone to understand something. “I really love this club so much, I love the fans, I love everyone associated with this club, from the president down to the coaching staff.” Osimhen’s fantastic impact for the Super Lig defending champions has seen him become a fan favourite at RAMS Park and many Gala faithful will certainly be sad to see the 26-year-old leave Istanbul.
