Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has revealed that he has not decided on his next destination despite the speculations surrounding his future, Soccernet.ng reports.
Osimhen has been the subject of a lot of transfer talks in the last two years. The Super Eagles star, who is on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, was quite brilliant in Serie A, producing 76 goals and 12 assists in 133 appearances.
Osimhen was expected to leave Naples for a bigger club last summer, but no club was able to sign him. Hence, he had to join Galatasaray on a season-long loan.
The 26-year-old striker has continued to shine in Turkey, as he has registered 28 goals and five assists in 32 appearances across all competitions. His last game was a 2-1 win against Fenerbahce, when he scored the two goals that helped them seal the win and qualify for the semifinal of the Turkish Cup.
Amid his impressive performances for Galatasaray, Osimhen has been continually linked with a move in the summer. And after the game against Fenerbahce on Wednesday, he was queried about his future. However, the former Lille man stated that he is yet to make a decision.
“I haven’t decided about my future yet. Right now, my only focus is Galatasaray’s championship. I will make this team a champion,” Osimhen said, per Web Aslan.
Where will Victor Osimhen move to?

There have been speculations that Galatasaray want to keep Osimhen permanently. But while the Nigerian striker has shown that he loves life in Istanbul, he would be looking at a transfer to one of Europe’s big boys. Moreover, the transfer would be a financial nightmare for Galatasaray.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with Osimhen in recent years. But with Andrea Berta now the Sporting director at the Emirates, the Gunners are now want to focus on signing Viktor Gyokeres.
Manchester United have also been linked, but they are struggling financially due to their poor performances in the last four years. However, if they make one or two sales, they could get some extra cash to finance the deal.
Of all the clubs linked with Osimhen, Chelsea still looks like the likely destination, as the club need to sign a striker. They also have the money to pull off the deal. Still, Osimhen would likely be drawn to a club that has silverware aspirations.
The season is grinding to a halt, and Osimhen will look to make his final decision soon.
