Popular Nigerian actress, Regina Daniels, has mocked her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, over the release of her brother, Sammy West.
Naijaonpoint reports that Sammy was granted bail on Monday, November 10, 2025, after spending several days in detention.
It was gathered that he was initially remanded at the Keffi Prison by a Dutse Magistrate Court on Thursday before being transferred to Suleja Prison.
His elder brother, @Sweezzy1, announced the development in an Instagram story post, writing, “Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”
Speaking on the development, Regina thanked those who stood by her during the ordeal.
The actress expressed happiness that her elder brother Sammy has been freed.
Regina stated that she feels loved because of the calibre of people who stood to fight for her.
She then mocked her husband, Ned Nwoko.
“Joke’s on you Ned, because you thought people will hate me,” Regina said, sticking her tongue out at her estranged husband.
The actress went on to state that many people also mocked her on the internet but the mockery pushed her to force herself to be strong.
She added that some pitied her and she hates to be pitied.
The mother of two proceeded to name some people who fought for her.
She concluded that she is happy her brother Sammy is free and that’s one battle down.
