vivo introduced the X100 and X100 Pro smartphone back in November last year in China, but it didn’t launch the Ultra model.
vivo X100 Ultra
Now, the vivo smartphone with the model number V2366GA has surfaced on China’s 3C certification, revealing 80W fast charging support for the phone. This is less than 120W charging in the vivo X100 and 100W charging in the X100 Pro. But we can expect it to retain 50W wireless charging.
The company is also said to launch a satellite version with the model number V2366HA. We still don’t have any specifications of the phone yet, but based on earlier rumours, we can expect vivo’s blue crystal chip stack, and blue ocean battery life system, packing 5400/5500mAh battery.
Compared to Dimensity 9300 SoC in the X100 and X100 Pro models, this should be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen3 SoC, we can expect up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB (UFS 4.0) storage.
Compared to the 1″ IMX989 sensor in the X100 Pro, this is said to feature the 1″Sony LYT-900 sensor, along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 200-megapixel APO periscope telephoto camera. It should retain Zeiss T* coating, ZEISS optics, V3 imaging chip.
vivo S19 Pro
The vivo S19 Pro with the model number V2362A has also passed 3C certification, revealing 80W fast charging, same as the S18 Pro.
The vivo X100 Ultra is expected to be introduced this Q2 2024, and the vivo S19 series is also expected in the same period.
