Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has found himself in the headlines, but this time, it’s not due to his excellent football talents, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 25-year-old Udinese shot-stopper has been publicly dumped by his longtime girlfriend, Dutch model Jelicia Westhoff, after four years together.

In a series of explosive Instagram stories, Westhoff, 30, did not hold back as she accused Okoye of lacking respect for their relationship and their family.

“Maduka Okoye. You have no respect for the family you decided to create. And I am done with you. I repeat, I am done with you. I am DONE WITH YOU,” Westhoff wrote, making it clear that their relationship had come to an abrupt and bitter end.

Westhoff, who shares a son, Isaiah Emilio, with Okoye, further expressed her frustration, accusing the Super Eagles star of taking advantage of her kindness.

“Thinking you can do all you want to do, and I keep giving you chance after chance. We are done. And the whole world can have you. I don’t care,” she added.

Waving away rumours circulating about potential infidelity, Westhoff was quick to clarify that the breakup wasn’t due to another woman.

Instead, she pointed to a lack of respect from Okoye. “This isn’t about another woman. It’s about the lack of respect men are having these days for their wife, the mother of their kids,” she said.

Westhoff’s final message was unequivocal, stating that she had always been “too good, too loyal,” but had reached her limit. “Not me, not anymore,” she concluded, ending the four-year romance that many fans once admired.

Okoye’s personal turmoil unfolds just hours before Udinese’s crucial Serie A match against defending champions Inter Milan, adding further pressure on the Nigerian international.

After sitting out Udinese’s 3-1 Copa Italia win over Salernitana in midweek, Okoye returned to the starting lineup against the champions.

The former Watford goalie will not keep a clean sheet in the encounter as he has already conceded twice as Inter Milan lead 2-1 at halftime.
