Nigerian media personality and soon-to-be mum Toke Makinwa has sent a message to her fellow 2025 pregnant mums.
On her Snapchat page, she noted how 2025 mamas and mamas-to-be are starting a new generation of Gen Beta.
“2025 mamas and mamas-to-be, we are starting a new generation – Gen Beta”.
Also, on her Twitter page, she sent love and light to them and noted how they are starting a new generation.
“Here’s sending love and light to all the 2025 mamas…. We begin a new generation, Gen Beta”.
It is no longer news that Toke is expecting her first. She made the good news, known on her Instagram page, with a video from her maternity shoot.
In another video posted on her YouTube and Instagram page, the soon-to-be mum, had revealed that she is expecting a baby girl.
Since the news of her pregnancy, the media personality has been sharing inspiration messages and giving fans update about her journey.
On her latest podcast, the former OAP broke down in tears as she reflected on her trials, revealing that she prayed to God that she wanted to turn 40 being a mum. She said that God answered her prayers as she got pregnant the next month after her 40th birthday.
She had, recently, shared some old messages she received from trolls who mocked her for not having a husband or child. She expressed gratitude to her Maker for having the final say and steadily shaming the devices of the wicked.
After gracing the cover of Marie Claire magazine, Toke revealed that she had spent months afraid of what could go wrong and wanted to run away. She said she became weird and didn’t want to share her joy with the world, and then she remembered that the gift of the Lord makes so much riches without adding sorrow.
In an episode on her podcast, earlier this year, Toke said she is ready to settle down as a second, third or fourth wife.
Recall that, Toke was once married to fitness expert, Maje Ayinde but the marriage crashed in 2016, after two years on the grounds of adultery.
Opening up on her failed marriage, she noted how she was blamed for her marriage failure even though her ex-husband fathered a child with another woman. She said people had different versions of what they thought her marriage was, which left her traumatized as she was the victim.
