Nollywood actress, Rita Daniels, has broken silence over the marital woes between her daughter, Regina and her husband cum billionaire, Ned Nwoko.

Naijaonpoint reports that Rita’s outburts comes days after Regina Daniels accused Ned of domestic violence and moved out their matrimonial home.

In response to the allegation, Ned Nwoko accused Regina of substance abuse.

However, calling out the senator amid the messy marital crisis on Monday night, Regina disclosed that her elder brother and sister had been arrested.

While appealing to the general public for urgent help, the 24-year-old, in a series of posts on her Instagram page, attributed her siblings’ arrest and detention to an alleged attempt by her husband to force her into a rehabilitation centre.

Speaking about the situation, Rita in a viral video online slammed Ned Nwoko over the arrest and threatened to expose the lawmaker.

She said, “You wanted someone with a high star to boost your fallen star. If you think you can bite the finger that fed you, you’ll go down.”

The movie star also debunked claims that her daughter was a gold digger, stressing that Regina supported Ned Nwoko’s senatorial election with $50,000.

According to Rita, they have been covering up Ned Nwoko and creating a false image of his billionaire status online.

She stressed, “We are covering you up and making you feel like an Odogwu, you’re mad.”
