Nollywood actor Etim Effiong has stirred the internet with a video of himself and veteran actor Kanayo Kanayo.
On his Instagram page, the actor, who is gearing up for the premiere of his movie, The Herd, which will be available in all cinemas, had sought the veteran’s blessings and prayers.
In the clip, Etim visited Kanayo with a gift box, noting that the veteran has the power to make people’s businesses and careers successful.
Kanayo had questioned what he was willing to offer in exchange for his blessings, and Etim had questioned who he should sacrifice. Luckily for him, the veteran advised him to only sacrifice his time and energy, as he was already successful.

Etim: Chief, good afternoon, sir. My film is coming out, it is called The Herd . It is coming out in all cinemas across Nigeria on the 17th of October, 2025. I brought you this gift box.
I have seen many videos of you helping people. I don’t know what you help them do that their careers blow, their businesses blow, and they are so successful.
Kanayo Kanayo: It comes at a cost, what are you willing to offer?
Etim: I have done the necessary. I have brought this gift box to you.
Kanayo: You have to make some sacrifices.
Etim: Who will I sacrifice?
Kanayo: You will sacrifice your time and energy. You’re already successful, I bless you.
In his caption, Etim noted that one has to sacrifice big if they are to make it big.

In June, on his Instagram page, Kanayo shared a video of himself and a colleague in a black-and-red room, wearing black-and-white outfits, as they sang and danced. In his caption, the veteran said June was a month of sacrifices.
His colleague Chizzy Alichi shared her conversation with Kanayo as they linked up for a project. Sharing a video of the veteran carrying sacrifice, she revealed that Kanayo told her sacrifices must be made every now and then, and there’s no going back.
