“When I say they are wild animals, people think I am capping” – Actress Regina Chukwu reacts as dogs reportedly maul security guard to death

Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has reacted to an alleged report of some dogs mauling a security guard to death.

According to reports online, a resident of Pinnock Estate, Lekki, didn’t properly lock his gate on Monday night and his dogs allegedly attacked and killed a security guard in the Estate.

In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a user with the handle @itzbasito, the security guard, who is yet to be identified, was seen lying dead as the Boerboel dogs approached his lifeless body. The user stated that the dog owner unknowingly allowed the dogs to roam freely, leading to the attack that claimed the life of the estate guard on Monday night.

However, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident in a post on his verified X handle on Tuesday and revealed that the dog owner had been arrested and an investigation was ongoing.

Reacting to it, Regina stated that when she says dogs are wild animals, people think she is capping.
