Nollywood actor and award-winning movie producer Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, is celebrating his protege, Kemity, as she buys two cars.
Kemi Filani reported on Wednesday evening that the Yoruba comic actress revealed that she bought two cars – one for herself and one for her students. Kemity said she asked God for progress, and He gave her peace and proof of it. Expressing gratitude for the journey, lessons, and the people God placed in her life. She said she prayed, worked, and God answered her prayers.
Taking to his Instagram page to celebrate her, Itele noted how when the leader moves, the team moves. He declared that this is just the beginning and that there are many more wins to celebrate this year.

On his birthday eve, his protege, Kemity, and her students had surprised him with a brand-new TV. Itele, who was impressed with it, said the gift touched his heart deeply and that he appreciated it as an amazing gift.
Last week, while counting down to his birthday, the award-winning actor had splashed millions on two new cars for himself as birthday gifts. Sharing photos of the cars, he expressed his humbleness and gratitude, revealing that the car was a gift to himself.
In a recent interview, Itele opened up about his relationship with Kemity, revealing that she was his first student and is a passionate, hardworking, and enduring lady. He noted how Kemity was his apprentice for 8 to 10 years. Recalling some of the financial assistance she provided to him, he noted how she believed in him and stood by him through the tough times, trusting that things would get better.
When Kemity celebrated her birthday last year, Ibrahim noted how they had been through thick and thin together and came out like champions. Itele appreciated her for standing by him when he needed her the most.
In 2023, when Kemity announced her engagement, Itele had expressed excitement at the news, describing it as a beautiful and fulfilling one for him to wrap up the year. Congratulating her, he expressed joy at how his daughter was taken.
Kemity opened up about her failed engagement, revealing that her ex wanted them to have a child together, which she refused, noting that she is at the peak of her career and earning money; hence, she couldn’t risk slowing it down. To make it worse, she and her ex share the same genotype as they’re both AS.
