Nigerian celebrity designer Toyin Lawani has left some of her fans confused following her latest post.
Kemi Filani reported that Toyin had stirred the internet with a photo of her and a newborn.
In her caption, the mum of three said she has good news as she welcomed the newborn into the world.
Taking to her comment section, a fan questioned the child’s paternity.
“Who get pikin? Congratulations”, the fan wrote.
Toyin responded that she borrowed the child.
“I borrow am”, she wrote.
Last year, during the shoot of Real Housewives of Lagos, Toyin revealed that she underwent surgery. She counselled herself on letting God take the wheel in every battle. The mother of three expressed gratitude to her Maker as she revealed it had been years of fighting her way back to herself.
In an Instagram post, Lawani revealed how she coped with the trauma of losing her fourth child and her pains. The mother of three revealed that she had undergone numerous surgeries, including fibroid surgeries, arthritis, and others.
Also, last year, while celebrating her daughter’s 3rd birthday, Toyin reflected on her painful pregnancy journey, as she recalled how her doctors told her she couldn’t carry her baby to term due to degenerative spine disease and this left her crying for three days non-stop. She, however, didn’t give up.
Toyin has 3 kids – two girls and a boy for three men.
