When asked what he would do differently as president, particularly regarding poverty, he emphasized that reducing the price of fuel could have a significant impact on alleviating poverty.
“Fuel alone can change poverty. I’ll reduce the price of fuel to #100 because we have the resources,” he stated confidently.
The interviewer pressed further, asking if he understood the reasons behind the government’s decision to increase fuel prices and the economic factors involved.
In response, the man explained that the fuel price hike is a policy of the current government, but another administration could change it, indicating that the increase is merely a policy decision.
