According to court documents filed this week, Jane Doe claims she met Combs in May 2001 and spent time with him on several occasions at his recording studio, nightclubs, and restaurants. However, during what she says was their fourth meeting in July of that year, she alleges the interaction turned violent and traumatic. The lawsuit claims that after a night out, Diddy invited the woman back to his apartment, where she says he led her to his bedroom, locked the door, pushed her onto the bed, grabbed her by the throat, and told her “I’m going to suck the life out of you.” The woman says she pleaded with him to stop and made it clear she did not consent to sex, but claims he overpowered her and raped her. Doe says he began “pulling out his erect bare-skinned p*nis which appeared to be the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll.” She says she was relieved by the size of his manhood because she knew it wouldn’t hurt as much, even referring to it as “an itty-bitty Diddy.” After the assault, she says she was able to escape the room and leave the residence with the help of a member of his staff. She also claims that in the aftermath of the alleged assault, Diddy contacted her several times and invited her to one of his now-infamous white parties, but she chose not to respond. In her suit, Jane Doe says she has suffered lasting emotional, physical, and psychological trauma from the incident and has undergone therapy in the years since to help cope with the impact. She is seeking unspecified damages.
