According To Our Reporter, Mercy from Nyandarua County shared a heart-wrenching story of loss and betrayal. After a night spent sleeping side by side, she woke to find her husband lifeless beside her.
Born into humble beginnings, Mercy worked as a house helper in Nairobi before marrying a man from Nyandarua. After her husband lost his job and battled epilepsy, they returned to the village, doing manual labor and raising three children.
One morning, when he didn’t wake at his usual time, Mercy’s world shattered. Authorities confirmed he died from an epilepsy seizure, having bitten his tongue.
Tragically, instead of support, Mercy was cast out by her in-laws, blamed for neglecting him. Now, she calls on kind-hearted souls to help her secure a job and care for her children. Watch full report
