Digital Chat Station says that the launch of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been postponed. He did not share the reason for the delay, however. Considering the source, we don’t have a reason to doubt the information, though.

It is worth noting that the tipster also mentioned the phone’s battery. He seems to be disatisfied with it. The phone is tipped to include a battery in the range of 5,450mAh to 5,800mAh, which seems to be quite substantial. It seems like the competition is jumping a bit higher than that, however, which is why he mentioned it.

90W wired charging has been confirmed

Speaking of battery, let’s touch on the phone’s charging. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was certified by the 3C authority in China. That certification revealed that the phone will support 90W wired charging, as expected.

It will also offer wireless charging, but that was not mentioned in the certification. The device will likely support 50W wireless charging, and also reverse wireless charging on top of that.

As a reminder, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro are expected to reach global markets in January too. Nothing has been confirmed just yet, but that’s what the rumors are saying. Considering that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra launch has been postponed, we may have to wait a bit longer for the other device(s) too. February seems like a real possibility now.
