Kanye West hopped on social media to announce that his newest single, “Heil Hitler,” has been banned from all major streaming platforms.

“Heil Hitler by Ye has been banned by all digital streaming platforms while Rednecks by Randy Newman remains streamable They’re literally keeping the n—as down,” he wrote.

In the track, Ye raps, that he “became a Nazi yet b—h, I’m the villain.” The song also features part of a speech from the late dictator, Adolf Hitler.

Ye seemingly defended his recent controversial music releases and social media rants in a recent interview with British journalist Piers Morgan.

“You take someone like that’s living, like a [John] Lennon or a Michael Jackson. That nuance right there is idiotic. It just shows the hate that you put out for people that put out love. There’s so much love in the art that I put out. This is what you get for now, we can circle back when you can count,” he said before storming off, upset that Morgan got his social media following numbers incorrect.
