WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Nigerian singer Samklef has defended his female colleague, Tiwa Savage over the backlash she received for flashing her backside on TikTok Live. A day back, Tiwa during a TikTok live with Tiktoker, Peller, and his lover, Jadrolita, exposed her butt to the world as she showed off her tattoo. While speaking about her tattoos, Tiwa said she had a tattoo on her neck region that symbolizes a bird, and Jadrolita asked if she could put that on her backside. To their surprise, Tiwa responded by exposing the tattoo on her backside. Peller, who couldn’t believe his eyes, shouted uncomfortably, while, his girlfriend expressed excitement as she enjoyed the view. Taking to his Instagram page, Samklef defended her as he noted how she did nothing wrong. He stated that Nigerians lacked exposure and compared them to VDM, as he questioned if they don’t know where Yansh is again. He added that misplaced priorities are the other name of many Nigerians. “Tiwa did nothing wrong! Una lack exposure! So una no know where y@nsh Dey again? Una don Dey think like VDM! Una 2 get problem for that country! Religious fanatics children of Pharisees! VDM gabu better pass their parent’s wey no fit fight for themselves! Misplaced priorities na the name of their last name”. This wasn’t the first time, Tiwa Savage has received heat on social media. In 2021, the music star was a subject of discussion online over her leaked tape. Tiwa, in an interview with New York’s Power 105.1 FM revealed that she was being blackmailed over a sex tape with her lover. She said she would not allow anyone to extort her over that. In the song titled ‘Loaded’ featuring Asake, Tiwa revisited her sex tape scandal. The then 42-year-old single mum of one sang that the scandal cannot ruin her life. Her statement didn’t sit well with many, especially investigative journalists, who called her for influencing young girls with her song. Olunloyo who reminded her that she has a son too, told her to desist from singing the song as it will influence young girls negatively. Last year, Tiwa hinted at overcoming a challenging time of her life after she shared a cryptic message. She revealed how God showed up for her during her breaking moment. Though not shedding light on what happened, she stated that she was meant to be broken but God showed up for her.
