According To Our Reporter, former Edo State Governor and ex-APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, delivered a sharp message to Senator Ali Ndume during a Senate session, emphasizing decorum, due process, and maturity in handling nominations.
Speaking on the floor, Oshiomhole urged colleagues to avoid rumors and base decisions on verified facts, highlighting there was no formal petition against nominee Reno Omokri. He stressed, “We can’t work on stories” and reminded the Senate that political office is temporary, bluntly advising Ndume, “You should not return the Senate.”
Praising pragmatic leadership, Oshiomhole said, “The power of example is that he is a pragmatist… You may have doubt or suspicion until you see him perform.”
