It seems like the drama between controversial singer Portable and his actress baby mama, Ashabi, isn’t coming to an end anytime soon.
The singer has dragged the upcoming Yoruba for allegedly taking him to court. Portable noted that he hadn’t married Ashabi legally and was baffled as to why she was taking him to court.
Omololami said he was no longer interested in her and could never love her again. He made it clear that the only thing he owes her is food money for their two kids, as he reemphasised that he is done with her.
Calling her a shameless woman, the street singer noted how she got pregnant with a married man and wanted to wreck his marriage.
“I am no longer interested in you and I can never love you again even if a kn!fe is put on my neck. I didn’t marry you legally, so why are you taking me to court because we had a fight? The only thing I owe you now is food money for the children. I am done with you. In future, you will tell your children that you took their dad to court

Calling for justice for himself, Portable recalled how, during their daughter’s naming ceremony, Ashabi had tried to force him into a marriage by bringing a ring to the event. He said he had never seen a situation where a woman was forcing a man into marriage, that he ran out of the mosque when the naming was about to be turned into Nikkah.
Kemi Filani reported on New Year that Portable and Ashabi has engaged in a heated argument, as Ashabi told the singer to kill her.
In an Instagram video, Portable claimed that Ashabi came to his house to attack his family. He claimed that his pregnant wife was beaten mercilessly, and guns were pointed at his children. He further claimed Ashabi’s mother accused him of using charm on her daughter and questioned why he didn’t buy a car for her.
Speaking up for herself, the upcoming actress explained that when she and her siblings went to celebrate the New Year with him, he pushed her and slapped her. She alleged that he brought out an axe and forcefully took all their phones, gave her younger brother a blow in his eye, and slapped her younger sister, which left her seeking safety in his office.
In an Instagram post, Ashabi said she had zero regrets and a million lessons to learn. She further said she was leaving it all to God because she was assured that whatever would be, would be.
In another post, the mother of two had addressed critics, telling them to leave singe, Portable. She told them to allow her to breathe and reduce their advice, and further told them to let her be and allow her to think for herself.
The relationship between Portable and Ashabi has been tumultuous over the past two years, since they went public with their love amid the singer’s marriage, however, the lovebirds continue to settle their fights and stick together. We wonder if this time they are done for good.
