“You guys don’t care for each other” – Ngozi Ezeonu comes under fire over her reaction to Nkechi Nweje’s death

Veteran actress Ngozi Ezeonu has come under fire from her followers over her post mourning the death of her colleague, Nkechi Nweje.

Kemi Filani reported during the weekend that Nkechi had passed away. According to reports, the movie star died after a brief illness.

On her Instagram page, Ngozi revealed that she never knew Nkechi was sick. She expressed sadness at never seeing her smiling face again as she noted how Nweje was one of the nicest people she even met. Calling her death a big blow, she bade her farewell.

Her statement that she didn’t know Nkechi was sick didn’t sit well with many who dragged her via her comment section.

Last year, Ngozi had sparked concerns over her appearance at an event. In the photo, the veteran was captured posing with all smiles with unidentified persons. The veteran looked frail and thin, unlike her usual plump size, which worried some.

In other news, Ezeonu was captured in a viral video rebuking two young ladies for attending auditions in revealing outfits, especially those without bras. The ladies wore outfits without bras to the Lagos audition, which didn’t sit well with Ngozi. She disapproved of their choice to attend the event without bras, querying their intentions and lamenting how frequent it has become.

The video sparked reactions on social media; while some praised her for taking a stance against indecent dressing, others slammed her.

Weighing into it on Your View show on TVC, Yeni Kuti said it wasn’t Ngozi’s business to condemn them. She questioned the veteran on what she wore and did during her youth. Yeni stated that older people often tend to forget their youthful indiscretions.
