Natasha Osawaru, the newly married wife of Nigerian music icon, Innocent Ujah Idibia popularly known as 2Baba, has congratulated the singer over his recent achievement.
Naijaonpoint reports that Billboard, the American music magazine, released its ranking of the 50 best Afrobeats songs of all time.
It named 2Baba, as number one on the list.
His classic hit African Queen was voted the greatest Afrobeats song ever recorded, cementing its place as one of the most celebrated tracks from the continent.
Reacting to the news, Natasha celebrated 2Baba’s talent and impact, calling him a living legend and acknowledging his contribution to Nigerian music.
She described him as a blessing to many and expressed pride in his success, noting how he has made Nigeria proud.
She wrote: “Congratulations my husband. Ain’t nobody badder you. You are a living legend and a blessing to all of us. You’ve made Nigeria proud. I salute you.”
The list, which was unveiled on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, placed Wizkid’s Ojuelegba in second position, while Flavour’s Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix) followed in third.
Rema’s global anthem Calm Down took the fourth spot, with Wizkid’s collaboration with Tems, Essence, ranking fifth.
Other songs in the top 10 include CKay’s Love Nwantiti, D’banj’s Oliver Twist, Davido’s Fall, Burna Boy’s Ye, and P-Square’s Chop My Money Remix featuring Akon.
Beyond the top 10, Styl-Plus’ Olufunmi was ranked 11th, 9ice’s Gongo Aso took the 12th position, while P-Square’s Do Me and Davido’s Dami Duro followed at 13th and 14th.
Yemi Alade stood out as the highest-ranked female artiste with her breakout hit Johnny at number 15.
Other entries in the top 20 include Wande Coal’s Bumper to Bumper, Fuse ODG and Itz Tiffany’s Azonto, Sarkodie and Castro’s Adonai, and Phyno and Olamide’s Fada Fada.
