Taking to his Instagram page to announce the sad news, he stated that it pleased the Lord to receive his father in glory. The actor described his late father as his hero and role model as he noted how he left a legacy, which is him. He stated that he was making the announcement public so he could properly start his grief and also because he lacked the strength or capacity to handle the situation.
