Controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, has criticized Phyna for involving social media critic, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Very Dark Man, in her sister, Ruth Otabor’s case.

Naijaonpoint reports that the socialite, in a video, said relying on his voice complicated the matter.

He said that Phyna could have used her own platform to raise awareness and seek justice.

Bobrisky compared the situation to past high-profile cases, saying that when Very Dark Man gets involved, progress often stalls and investigations become confusing.

He blamed the social media influencer for spoiling the handling of crucial details, making it harder to get clarity on accountability and evidence.

He said: “The mistake Phyna made was going to Very Dark Man to lend his voice on the case. She should have just used her own page and voice so all of Nigeria could hear her. Her page alone was enough. Involving Very Dark Man has now spoiled the case. The situation has no direction, just like what happened during Mohbad case. When he got involved in Mohbad’s case, everything went sour. Everything turned upside down.”

In other news, fashion designer Toyin Lawani has reacted to the death of Ruth Otabor, sister of Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, Phyna.

The socialite in a post on her Instagram page said that while Phyna was struggling with her sister’s illness, some people were distracted by things that did not matter.
